At Aesthetic Technology, we pride ourselves on the quality and efficacy of our products. One of our core standards and part of the company’s founding values is that all our systems are British through and through, from concept to design and ultimately manufacture. Our approach enables us to meticulously control component quality and also push boundaries in terms of technology and reliability resulting in the production high quality products that are sold in the UK and all over the world.
Our internal processes are continually developing with an aim to improve all aspects of the business from production to customer service. Our recent move to our new facility presented an opportunity to bring all facets of the business under one roof which has proved invaluable in the implementation of our new Quality Management System. As a result, we are fast approaching final accreditation of the ISO13485 QMS we have developed to further regulate our operation and control our quality across the business.
Our in-house R &D team are continuously working on developments of current and future products that include the latest technology available in our field. A recent example of which is the introduction of our inhouse industrial 3D printer that not only aids the R&D process but also becomes a small volume production tool to improve the build and quality of our products. A process which normally would not be achievable due to the bespoke tooling for low volume components.

In 2018, we invested even further into expanding (£500,000) our manufacturing, R & D and training facilities based in Cheshire. Dr Jonathon Exley, Managing Director at Lynton: “At Lynton, we pride ourselves on the quality, reliability and clinical capabilities of our UK manufactured aesthetic equipment.
