This award will be presented to the independent training provider whose training programme is considered to have advanced the education of medical aesthetic professionals most effectively during the last 12 months. Judges will look for engaging methods of delivery, a high-quality, generic programme, a continuous development programme and achievement of measurable outcomes. You are encouraged to keep your entry concise and clear; bullet points and the use of formatting options such as bold, underlines and italics are encouraged to ensure your entry is easy to digest for judges. A strict character limit of 1,700 (including spaces) is enforced for each question and you must not exceed this; however, your entry does not have to meet it. References are included in the character count, although you may supply a reference list as part of your supplementary materials if it exceeds the character count. The winner will be selected from the finalists using a combination of Aesthetics reader votes and judges’ scores. Voting will constitute a 30% share of the final score.
We regard aesthetic treatments as medical procedures and hence should only be undertaken by medical professionals, we therefore only train doctors, dentists and prescribing medical nurses in providing non-surgical facial aesthetic treatments.
We know from experience that many practitioners who train in aesthetics may initially attend a one day or two day course and leave with very little confidence in carrying out procedures. We decided to name our entry level course ‘Fundamental 5’ where our delegates will learn the most popular treatments in Aesthetics.
Experienced delegates who have completed their training with us or elsewhere have the opportunity to further their knowledge and skills by attending any of our advanced courses.
We have become one of the busiest aesthetic academies in the UK based on the 5 star testimonials of all our delegates, this is largely due to our comprehensive theory teaching, extensive hands-on experience treating live models from start to finish and unparalleled ongoing after course support.
Since 2002 Cosmetic Courses has continued to provide the highest quality of training across the UK. We offer medical professionals comprehensive hands on experience with industry expert trainers helping to shape a safer future within aesthetics.
From experience, we understand that everyone thrives in different learning environments, so flexibility is key. To help our delegates learn in the most beneficial way and be safe, successful practitioners, we offer a variety of different training methods.
Led by internationally recognised Plastic Surgeon Mr Adrian Richards, we provide over 27 certified practical courses including our OFQUAL-accredited Level 7 Certificate and Eduqual accredited Level 4 qualification within our 7 state of the art clinical training centres across the UK.
As the industry continues to grow, we grow with it. Over the years we have worked alongside numerous industry leaders such Allergan, JCCP and Hamilton Fraser working together to improve safety within aesthetics.
Our passionate team continue to offer complimentary support and advice to our delegates as they make their mark within the industry. We are always just a phone call or email away. In addition to this we are also proud to offer our acclaimed support resources which includes our CPD certified online learning academy, industry podcasts, business workshops, Annual conference and FAQ’s answered by our expert faculty.
We strive to be the best in our field, in order to train delegates who will ultimately provide clients with the best Dermaplaning treatments available.
Our mission is to equip delegates with the skills to offer clients peace of mind with hygienic and effective treatments in a safe, clean environment, with a focus on aftercare for ultimate skin health, thus minimising the risk of post treatment complications.
