The e-MASTR Award for Best Clinic Support Partner (NEW)

This award will be given to the partner company deemed to offer the best non-clinical support for clinics. These companies will offer business services tailored to the aesthetics market such as CRM, software, PR, advertising, marketing, financial support, legal and insurance. The finalists show evidence that their products and services benefit the running and success of aesthetic clinics. The winner will be selected from the finalists using a combination of Aesthetics reader votes and judges scores. Voting will constitute a 30% share of the final score. Finalists may not vote on their customers' behalf.

But the training does not end there; all of our Patient Advisors receive frequent training sessions to maintain their expert skills, from a collection of industry professionals and our clients. This ongoing training ensures that our Advisors are up to date with knowledge of treatments and that their skills are refined to an excellent standard.

Blank Canvas should be considered for the Best Clinic Support Partner because we have developed an exclusive partnership with Cosmetic Courses, which has resulted in them expanding from one of the leading practical training providers, into a prominent online provider also.

Blank Canvas was set up in 2013, offering comprehensive, high quality online Health and Safety training courses to a wide range of industries. Since it was established, we have completed over 90,000 enrolments and have endeavoured to increase the scope of the courses and the function of the platform ever since then. Over the last 18 months we have worked hard to develop the system so that it now acts as a complete Learning Management System, rather than just an online training provider.
12 months ago, we partnered up with Cosmetic Courses to develop a system that works intuitively and effectively within the aesthetic market. Cosmetic Courses have been established for 15 years and have trained over 5000 students. Blank Canvas hosts the online learning which needs to be completed as part of the qualification, whilst the platform allows for the practitioner logbooks, assessments and paperwork to be stored and managed in one place. This has substantially streamlined the administration of the qualification for Cosmetic Courses.
Not only has this partnership between Blank Canvas and Cosmetic Courses led to an increase in revenue for Cosmetic Courses, it has also simplified the management of all online training making the process straightforward and more convenient.
