Entry criteria

This award recognises a clinic in the UK or Ireland that demonstrates excellence in combining aesthetic medicine with wellness and longevity services. The winning clinic will show a joined-up, holistic approach to patient care, alongside innovation, safety, service quality and a clear focus on long-term outcomes. To be eligible, clinics must offer a combination of aesthetics, wellness and/or longevity treatments as part of an integrated patient proposition. Entrants must also show measurable outcomes and/or patient satisfaction linked to this offering and provide at least one patient case study. Clinics must have been operational for a minimum of 12 months.

• Personalised supplementation and nutrition plans
• Hormone optimisation or replacement therapy (HRT/TRT)

In the evolving field of medical aesthetics, certain individuals make an exceptional and lasting contribution to the advancement of the specialty. This award recognises a professional whose career achievements have had a significant impact on standards, progress and best practice in the UK or Ireland. Examples may include leadership, education, collaboration, regulatory progress, innovation or wider initiatives that have moved the specialty forward.

The recipient of The Aesthetics Journal Award For Outstanding Achievement In Medical Aesthetics is chosen by the Aesthetics Journal team following a nomination process.

Entry criteria

This award celebrates emerging doctors, dentists and nurses in the UK and Ireland who have been practising in non-surgical medical aesthetics for five years or fewer. Practitioners may enter this category in consecutive years, provided they have been actively working in medical aesthetics for less than five years at the time of entry. This refers to time spent practising in the specialty and does not need to include periods of maternity leave, shared parental leave or other extended statutory parental leave. It recognises practitioners showing clear potential as future leaders in the specialty, based on their clinical expertise, commitment to professional development, patient safety, patient outcomes and wider contribution to the field.

This award recognises the best injectable result achieved by a doctor, nurse, dentist or surgeon in the UK or Ireland over the past year. The result must have been achieved using injectable treatments only, across one or multiple sessions. Entrants must provide excellent photographic evidence, demonstrate strong patient care and safety, and show positive patient feedback.

Surgical procedures are not eligible for this category. Results involving non-injectable treatments, or a combination of injectable and non-injectable treatments, should be entered into Best Non-Surgical Result. This award recognises the best non-surgical aesthetic result achieved by a doctor, nurse, dentist or surgeon in the UK or Ireland over the past year. Results may be achieved using non-injectable treatments alone or through a combination of injectable and non-injectable treatments across one or multiple sessions. Entrants must provide excellent photographic evidence, demonstrate strong patient care and safety, and show positive patient feedback.

Surgical procedures are not eligible for this category. Results using injectable treatments only should be entered into Best Injectable Result. Combination treatments using injectables and other treatment modalities should be in this category. The winner will be selected by The Aesthetics Awards Judges. There is no voting element.
