the industry. With extensive judging experience, Emma has been a part of the
panel of judges for prestigious awards in Northern Ireland, showcasing her

Emma is a highly qualified professional with a wee diverse
background, holding titles such as Nurse, Midwife, Health Visitor, Independent
Nurse Prescriber, Columnist Clinical Trainer, and Aesthetic Practitioner. With
over 12 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine, Emma is a trailblazer in the
industry. Having qualified as a nurse in 1995, Emma's journey includes key
roles in establishing the first NHS-linked Private menopause clinic and
parenting behavioural management support groups in the city. Her commitment to
raising awareness and bridging gaps in women's health services has been a
cornerstone of her career. Emma's passion for building women's confidence led
her into aesthetic medicine, where she now serves as Ireland's Lead Nurse and
Clinical Trainer for BTL vaginal rejuvenation, continence, intimate health, and
wellbeing. Her dedication to supporting and empowering women extends to her
role as the Co-owner and Medical Director of the multi award-winning, Save Face
accredited Elite Aesthetic Clinic. Notably, Emma received the prestigious Nurse
of the Year award in 2022, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the
field. In 2023, she further solidified her position as a leader by winning the
Aesthetic Award. Emma holds a Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Medicine,
