Entry criteria
This award recognises a clinic in the UK or Ireland that exemplifies excellence in combining aesthetic medicine with wellness and longevity practices. A longevity clinic is a medical or aesthetic clinic that focuses on helping patients extend both their lifespan and healthspan. These clinics may combine preventative healthcare, advanced diagnostics, lifestyle interventions, and evidence-based medical or aesthetic procedures aimed at optimising overall health, wellness, and appearance over time.
Services they may offer:
- Advanced diagnostic testing
- Personalised supplementation and nutrition plans
- Hormone optimisation or replacement therapy (HRT/TRT)
- Medical weight management
- Stress reduction and sleep optimisation strategies
- Skin health programmes targeting long-term skin ageing
- Biohacking or regenerative treatments
- Aesthetic treatments aligned with long-term ageing prevention
To be eligible for this category, medical aesthetic clinics must offer at least three wellness and/or longevity treatments as part of a holistic approach to patient care. They should also be able to demonstrate measurable outcomes and/or patient satisfaction linked to wellness and longevity treatments, alongside one patient case study. Clinics must be based in the UK or Ireland and have been operational for at least 12 months.

Best New Innovative Product
Entry criteria
This Award recognises the new products making waves in the UK and Ireland medical aesthetics market. Entrants must demonstrate innovation, science, safety and excellent patient results within medical aesthetics. Eligible products must be new and must have been launched in the UK/Ireland after 1 January 2024. Products must not have been a finalist in any categories at The Aesthetics Awards in previous years; existing products can be entered into specific product categories.
Important information
Companies may enter the same product in both the Best New Innovative Product category and the eligible product specific categories, but it can only be announced as a Finalist in one, which will be determined by The Aesthetics Awards. The entrant must abide by The Aesthetics Awards Terms and Conditions.
The Winner will be selected by The Aesthetics Awards Judges, with no voting element. Entrants must hold all necessary regulatory approvals for their products to be permitted for sale, distribution and use in the UK to be a Finalist in this category.
Confirmations
- Confirm the product launched into the UK or Irish market after 1 January 2024 and state the date of its launch.
- Confirm the product holds all required regulatory approvals necessary to be permitted in the UK or Irish market.

Entry criteria
This Award celebrates exceptional company representatives within the aesthetics specialty across the UK and Ireland over the past year. It acknowledges those who demonstrate significant contributions through outstanding support for their teams and customers, fostering positive business impacts, and enhancing client satisfaction. Additionally, it honours their dedication to advancing the future of the aesthetics field, recognising individuals who consistently strive for excellence, innovation, and professional growth within the specialty.
Applicable entrants could include:
- Company representative (sales/marketing/customer support etc.)
- Company leaders (CEOs, CFOs etc.)
- Training managers
- Account managers
- HR personnel
- Other members of vital company support staff
Important information
The Winner will be selected from the Finalists using a combination of Aesthetics Journal reader votes and Judges’ scores. Voting will constitute a 20% share of the final score.

The TSK Lab Award for Injectable Product of the Year
Entry criteria
This Award honours the best injectable product or range by a manufacturer or exclusive UK/Irish distributor in medical aesthetic clinics over the past 12 months. Open to companies supplying medical practitioners only, finalists must demonstrate their product's effectiveness, safety, ease-of-use and high practitioner satisfaction, supported by scientific evidence. Eligible products include dermal fillers, toxins, polynucleotides, skin boosters, revitalisers, threads, etc.
Important information
If the product/range launched after 1 January 2024, it is also eligible for the Best New Innovative Product Award. Companies may enter the same product in both categories, if eligible, but it can only be announced as a Finalist in one, which will be determined by The Aesthetics Awards. The entrant must abide by The Aesthetics Awards Terms and Conditions. The Winner will be selected from the Finalists using a combination of Aesthetics Journal reader votes and Judges’ scores. Voting will constitute a 20% share of the final score.
Note that should there be a prescription-only medicine finalist, the Aesthetics Awards is within its right to amend the judging process for this category to align with the ABPI Code of Practice.

The Evolus Award for Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of the Year
Entry criteria
This Award honours the aesthetic nurse in the UK or Ireland who has significantly contributed to the aesthetics profession's growth in the past year. The Winner will be judged on efforts to advance the specialty, clinical expertise, professional development, patient safety and impact on the profession as a whole.

This category is only open to nurses with more than five years’ demonstrable experience of working in the aesthetic specialty in the UK or Ireland. Those with less than five years’ experience should enter the Rising Star of the Year category. Nurses practising in the UK should be a prescriber. The Winner will be selected by The Aesthetics Awards Judges, with no voting element.

The nurse must provide their professional registration number (e.g. NMC or Irish equivalent), which will be checked to ensure they are active on the register, and do not have any restrictions on practice.
The nurse must be practising in an appropriate clinic setting – fit for purpose clinical environment with the utmost safety parameters; CQC/equivalent registration if appropriate for the treatments performed on the premises
This category is only open to nurses with more than five years’ demonstrable experience of working in the aesthetic specialty. Those with less than five years’ experience should enter the Rising Star of the Year category.
Nurses must provide evidence of prescribing rights and/or academic or research contributions as part of their application.

Finalists will be selected on the basis of their customer service, the safety and efficacy of their products and ongoing support to practitioners over the past 12 months. When entering this Award, distributors (such as pharmacies which distribute numerous products) must focus on the products they distribute exclusively to the UK/Ireland market.

The category is open to aesthetic devices such as energy-based devices, hand-held devices, needling systems, machines etc. Entrants should showcase that their device is effective, safe and easy-to-use, with high practitioner satisfaction, all backed by scientific evidence.

This Award will be given to the manufacturer or exclusive UK/Irish distributor of the best skin product or range offered in UK/Irish medical aesthetic clinics over the past 12 months. Finalists must show their product is effective, safe, easy-to-use and well-accepted by patients, with scientific backing. Eligible products may include any topical or oral product that aims to treat the skin. This can include: skincare ranges, hero skincare products, chemical peels, skin supplements, and other relevant products.

Judges will look for engaging methods of delivery, a high-quality programme, a continuous development strategy and achievement of measurable outcomes with exceptional delegate feedback.

The training provider/trainers must provide their medical registration number (NMC, GDC, GMC or Irish equivalent) if they are training in injectable/medical procedures. Their number will be checked to ensure they are active on the register, and do not have any restrictions on practice.
The training must be carried out in an appropriate clinic setting.
If the training provider is training practitioners in injectable/medical procedures, the training must not be directed at non-medical professionals. If they are found to be training non-medics, they will be disqualified.
All medical trainers listed must be registered with an appropriate medical body and actively practising.
Best Service & Solution Provider
Entry criteria
This Award recognises the companies and business partners which are providing exceptional business services, solutions and support to aesthetic clinics within medical aesthetics. Entrants in this category must show evidence that their products and services have benefited the running and success of aesthetic clinics with evidence of outstanding customer service over the past 12 months.

This category is only open to doctors, dentists and surgeons with more than five years’ demonstrable experience of working in the aesthetic specialty. For those with less than five years’ experience, please enter the Rising Star of the Year category. The Winner will be selected by The Aesthetics Awards Judges, with no voting element.

The AlumierMD Award for Rising Star of the Year
Entry criteria
This Award celebrates emerging doctors, dentists, and nurses in the UK and Ireland with five or fewer years of aesthetics practice. It recognises those showing promise as future leaders, assessed on their clinical expertise, dedication to professional development, commitment to patient safety, positive patient impact, and contributions toward advancing the aesthetics field.
Important information
Practitioners may enter this category year on year, as long as they have been practising in medical aesthetics for less than five years at the time of application. Those with more than five years of experience should enter the Nurse or Medical Aesthetic Practitioner categories. If you are a previous Winner, you should enter a different practitioner category. The Winner will be selected by The Aesthetics Awards Judges, with no voting element.

The DermaFocus Award for Best Injectable Result
Entry criteria
This Award recognises the best injectable result by a nurse, doctor, dentist, or surgeon in the UK or Ireland over the past year. The result must be achieved using exclusively injectable treatments over one or multiple sessions. Entrants must show outstanding photographic evidence, excellent patient care and safety, and patient satisfaction supported by feedback.
Important Information
Results which are utilising non-injectable treatments, or a combination treatment with injectables, should enter the Non-Surgical Result category. The Winner will be selected by The Aesthetics Awards Judges, with no voting element.
Conditions of entry
The entrant must abide by The Aesthetics Awards Terms and Conditions.
Patient before and after images will be displayed at The Aesthetics Awards, on The Aesthetics Awards website, in the Aesthetics Journal and across social media, so entrants must confirm they have patient permission and consent to use the images in this way.
The practitioner must provide their medical registration number (NMC, GDC, GMC or Irish equivalent), which will be checked to ensure they are active on the register, and do not have any restrictions on practice. They must also be practising in an appropriate clinic setting.
Treatment must have been given after September 1, 2025.
Before and after images must be standardised, using consistent lighting, angles, and background. Entries that do not meet these requirements will be disqualified.
The Crown Aesthetics Award for Best Non-Surgical Result
Entry criteria
This Award recognises the best non-surgical aesthetic result by a doctor, nurse, dentist or surgeon in the UK or Ireland over the past year. The result must be achieved either by using non-injectable treatments or a combination of injectables and non-injectables, over one or multiple sessions. Entrants must show outstanding photographic evidence, excellent patient care and safety, and patient satisfaction supported by feedback.

The entrant must abide by The Aesthetics Awards Terms and Conditions.
Patient before and after images will be displayed at The Aesthetics Awards, on The Aesthetics Awards website, in the Aesthetics Journal and across social media, so entrants must confirm they have patient permission and consent to use the images in this way.
The practitioner must provide their medical registration number (NMC, GDC, GMC or Irish equivalent), which will be checked to ensure they are active on the register, and do not have any restrictions on practice. They must also be practising in an appropriate clinic setting.
Treatment must have been given after September 1, 2025.
Before and after images must be standardised, using consistent lighting, angles, and background. Entries that do not meet these requirements will be disqualified.
Best Initiative/Strategic Project in Aesthetics
Entry criteria
This category honours outstanding initiatives and strategic projects that advance the field of medical aesthetics over the past 12 months. It is open to individuals, companies, and organisations who have launched projects/initiatives benefiting the field. Eligible areas include: regulation, standards, ESG initiatives, best practices, public awareness, safety, specialised educational events and other such initiatives that promote aesthetics as a medical discipline. Finalists must demonstrate clear evidence and tangible outcomes from their efforts to enhance the specialty over the past year.

The initiative must have been launched after 1 January 2024.
The Winner will be selected from the Finalists using a combination of Aesthetics Journal reader votes and Judges’ scores. Voting will constitute a 20% share of the final score.
Best Clinic North England
Entry criteria
Best Clinic categories are awarded regionally, covering North England, South England, London, Scotland, Midlands & Wales, Ireland & Northern Ireland. Finalists will be judged on growth initiatives, commitment to customer service, patient care and safety, plus positive patient feedback over the past year. If your clinic was established after 1 January 2024, you are only eligible to enter Best New Clinic UK & Ireland unless it is part of a wider clinic chain.

The Aesthetics Awards reserves the right to move your clinic entry to another category if deemed appropriate. You will be notified of this change. If your clinic is part of a group, you may enter only one branch per region. All responses must be specific to this branch, with its location clearly stated. Winners are chosen by The Aesthetics Awards Judges; there is no voting.

The clinic must be a medically-led clinic with a named medical director. The medical professionals within the clinic must be registered with their medical regulatory body (GMC/GDC/NMC/GPhC or Irish equivalent), which will be checked to ensure they are active on the appropriate medical register and do not have any restrictions on practice.
If your clinic is performing medical treatments, you must be registered with the appropriate premises regulator (e.g. CQC/RQIA/CIW/HIS/HIQA).
